HAM Club of Kumaraguru organized an online event called ‘Why HAM’ on 14th August of 2021. The spokesperson of the event was Mr. R. Karthikeyan(VU3KEE), staff coordinator of HAM club and Mr. M. Shahithyakumar, former Vice-President of HAM club. This event was coordinated by Ms. M. Monika. The event started at 11 am with the energetic participants.

The main objective of this session was to explain the mission and vision of HAM and to make the participants grasp the knowledge in wireless communication. It was an opportunity for the students to expand their knowledge in this particular field. The participants were given with opportunities to raise their questions and were answered with utmost clearance. The session was concluded with more than 70 participants by 12 PM. The main motive of this event was accomplished by providing the participants the ideas about HAM.
