Ways to be happy with yoga
In human development, there are eight stages. It includes pregnancy, infancy, early childhood, middle childhood, adolescence, early adulthood, middle age, late adulthood. There are many ways to make a person happier. In each human development stage, many happiness may occur. Happiness makes a person feel like a positive human. One of the ways to make a person happier is yoga. we can start doing yoga in our early childhood i.e., age 8. The age of eight is a miracle age for starts yoga.
In existence, we not only have happiness still we also have our sadness. Both prosperity and unhappiness are part of our life plus it is not permanent in our life. Yoga is not only for happiness but is also for overcome your sadness. The human body produces and circulates 50 different hormones. The four hormones which control human happiness are viz., Dopamine, Endorphins, Oxytocin, and Serotonin. The hormones which are responsible for human emotions are testosterone, oxytocin, thyroid hormones, and estrogen. Neurophysiologically, cortisol, and norepinephrine are the stress response.
Why we want to Choose Yoga for happiness?
Yoga can increase your dopamine and serotonin level. Dopamine is also called a feel-good hormone. Dopamine is associated with pleasurable sensations, along with memory, learning, motor system, and more. You can initiate your parasympathetic nervous system by yoga, which shuts down the stress response by lowering cortisol blood pressure, and heart rate while increasing oxytocin and endorphins.
