It was like a flash the two years gone pass through for me at KCT!!

This is a quick note to say a big thank you to everyone who were part and parcel of my two years of Professional life at KCT. Two years at KCT, Am Just excited a bit.

I chose to join KCT leaving my analyst Job because I have been loving KCT a lot since my college days. My decision to join KCT was primarily based on the changes and transformation which KCT brought in me during my undergraduate study. I was just an exposure less little boy then and KCT gave me an opportunity to learn more about the Leadership & Volunteerism and made me experience a lot in life. I can honestly say that joining KCT was one of the best decisions of my life. I STILL LOVE KCT and will always love and continue serving KCT passionately in the upcoming years too.

I love working with students here and I couldn’t imagine doing anything else better than this. Well, maybe there are different types of students come and approach us with varied requests /issues but we still feel more energetic /enthusiastic in fulfilling their requests. Working with these students will always keep you float in the space of reality and reminds you the varied challenges of life.

From 2016 to 2018, I had my busiest year ever and was very happy working with various clubs/ forums/sports teams / LC / Ignite /SPL / Yugam teams. Their commitments were massive. Also, the learning for me from KCT was enormous. I started scheduling my day and started using reminders/notes so that I do not miss any of the requests from the students. My Boss never lets me into a meeting without diary and a pen. I am getting accustomed to being more systematic after this two years of Professional life at KCT. Also, this two years of KCT imbibed more patience in me.

To shape your talents and inborn abilities into real achievements, you must have patience. To master any art or to enhance your talent, you need to make the continuous effort for a long time. To achieve your dreams, you must have the zeal to overcome challenges and the power to overcome roadblocks comes only by being patient.

Being patient is an important skill, especially when dealing with the varied type of people/students. Patience is also important to the institution as a whole as it helps you to understand students’ concerns and problems a lot better, allowing us to improve the student services. KCT molded me into a Schematic and Patient Character.
