“The groundwork for all happiness is good health.” 

Health is a human right. Health must be a top investment priority to achieve universal health coverage.Every year, on December 1, the world commemorates World AIDS Day. People around the world unite to show support for people living with and affected by HIV. This year the theme of World AIDS Day is “Global solidarity, shared responsibility”.

AIDS is a devastating and deadly disease that affects people worldwide. Communities seem unprepared and uneducated to smoothly integrate these people in their societies and isolate these people.

In doing our part in helping to address them, We the Red Ribbon Club of Kumaraguru College of Technology has conducted a event “Mind Freak”. The main motto of this event is to make participants aware of AIDS.

This is a quiz event. In this quiz questions were asked based on AIDS. This made the participants to express their knowledge about AIDS and to learn about AIDS.
Overall we had 55 participants for the event. As a result the participants gained knowledge about AIDS and it’s difficulties.

This World AIDS Day we joined together to step up to achieve healthier societies.
