NCC OF KCT and DEPARTMENT OF AERONAUTICAL ENGINEERING is conducting a Webinar on “Life of a Navigator” on the occasion of WRIGHT BROTHERS DAY. The speaker is going to share his experience about his journey in the IAF. It is indeed a great opportunity to get our doubts clarified by an experienced serving officer.

Group Capt. CK Karthik was commissioned into the Indian Air force in 1992 as a Flying Navigator. He has 3709 hours of flying An – 32 and HS-748.He is currently posted to 2 Air Force Selection Board, Mysore as Senior Interviewing Officer. He is a professional mountaineer and Sky diver, and has climbed the Mount Everest and was an integral part of the adventure cell skydiving team – Airdevils.

The event started by welcoming the speaker, HOD (Aero), ANOs, participants, seniors and co cadets. The master of ceremonies was done by Ms S.Veda Shraviya. The speaker, Group Capt. CK Karthik shared his experience to the audience about his journey in IAF and shared his Skydiving and Mountioneering experiences too. Also, he clarified all the doubts of the participants about the Tri-forces for more than 30 minutes. It was a wonderful opportunity to listen his words and get motivated on his life.

The event came to an end by vote of thanks given by CDT Shankar K, thanking all the participants to have such an active rush of strength, speaker to his valuable words, ANOs and Dr. K Sundararaj (HoD, Aero) to give wonderful opportunity to conduct such a great event, Ex CSUO S G Shree Ram (President, National Organisation) to help us, seniors to guide us and co cadets to support us. The event was successfully held and the participants and speaker had a great time and experience.
