HAM Club of Kumaraguru in collaboration with ABLE club of Kumaraguru organized a webinar called Learn To Lead on 24 of January 2021. The event was coordinated by Ms. Divyaa Dharshini A and Mr. Navin Prasath V. The speaker was Selvi S, Associate Engineer,Robert Bosch.

The main motive for conducting this session was to make the participants know the essence of leadership, what it takes for a good leader?. Ms. Selvi made the session interactive and was answering participants’ questions elaborately and clearly. After the leadership session, a slidedeck was prepared and demonstrated to give an overall idea and functioning of both clubs for around 10 minutes(each). Participants who attended the session were clear that Sundays are not meant to be idle, it can also be used as a refreshing time to work better for the future.
