The event was organized to enhance the stress-free life for the students in this pandemic cum online mode of classes. Event consists of three segments, namely

  1. Inhale the present; Exhale the past – Breathing exercise to feel them calm and relaxed.
  2. Activities – 2 rounds
  3. What if?

This was filled with interaction and participants shared their views on the question framed as What if, followed by the situation. Participants were allowed to choose a question by spinning a virtual wheel of kind option.

  • Talking Tom

It was like of dubbing game, where participants have to repeat or modify the given/ played video’s dialogue for them by their choice randomly

  • Conclusion speech – The event was concluded by giving a oration about handling the pressure and stress level in life and how to implement it with help of yoga and meditation.

Outcome:

Participants gained the importance of stress management and how to handle the situation without any disappointment. Happiness of real life starts with self-satisfaction which is important to achieve to lead a peaceful life. The key role of yoga and meditation were also addressed.
