31st October is one of the special days in Indian history. Birthday of the Iron man of India, Bharath Ratna Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. His birth anniversary was celebrated as National Unity Day. We the NCC of KCT, organised an online treasure hunt game called “Crack the Lock” to emphasize unity. It was based on the military operation “Operation Entebbe”, a hostage rescue mission in July 1976 in Entebbe, Uganda.
Event was commenced at 10 AM on 31/10/2020 in Google meet. Riddles were given in the middle to give a brainstorm in mind. Everyone enjoyed the game and had excellent teamwork between them and finally the game closed at 6 pm.

70 participants had registered among these 40 have joined the Google meet. Meet starts at 10 am by welcome speech given by Cadet Naveen then at 10:15 am Rules and Regulations were explained then participant’s asks their doubts and rectified. Overall MC was done by Cadet Priyadarshini Finally Vote of thanks is taken F/C Sowmida after that at 11 am meeting was finally ended. The participants are requested to download the Action Bound application from google play store for their participation. After that the game was started and Participants starts their competitions and get ready to play the mind cracking game. At last before the end of the scheduled timing 40 participants have entered into interior game.

Prices were distributing according to their answer key points each answer carries 100 points totally 6 questions out of 600 points.

Out of those 40 members first 3 were selected for first, second and third prizes based upon their points scored in the event.

Top Three finishers of the event:

  1. Suguna with 600/600 points in 1 min 38 seconds from Kamaraj College of Engineering and Technology, Vellakulam.
  2. Neha with 600/600 points in 33 min 4 seconds from Kumaraguru College of Technology, Coimbatore
  3. Raveena with 595/600 in 50 min 57 seconds from
    VSB College of Engineering and Technology, Karur.
