Coding is fun!Not hard!

A good programmer is someone who always looks both ways before crossing one-way street.

We all know that, Code powers our digital world. Every website, smartphone app, computer program, calculator and even microwave relies on code in order to operate. This makes coders the architects and builders of the digital age.

So, to provide an opportunity for the curious coders, Department Association of CSE conducted an event called C CODING CHALLENGE designed Exclusively for the fresh minds of KCT(Batch 2020-24).

The event was conducted on 11th February around 5.30 pm.
The contest included two rounds, where the first round was an MCQ round with a total of 20 questions relates to C language and the second round was a programming round which was a Coding challenge created in the Hackerrank platform.

This event had an amazing response with 60+ registrations and 40+ participants for both the rounds. The winners of the event are, FIRST PLACE: Subbu Lakshmi Sruthi M S R (6325-CSE), SECOND PLACE : Harihara Roopan CT (20BIT018-IT), Consolation prize : Subhash Y(20BIT058-IT).

The response from the first years were great and the most common feedback was that the level of the complexity of the coding questions made them interesting to solve and proved challenging for the coding enthusiasts. Stay tuned for coolest and amazing events and workshops coming up!
