We the 28th batch of The Rotaract club of Kumaraguru College of Technology started our new journey with an orientation program named AURORA- the new beginning ,with the motto ” We Seek We Serve We Succeed”.

“Today is not just another day,
It’s a new opportunity, another chance, a new beginning.Embrace it” – as per the saying here we are to embrace the upcoming days as a Rotaract team. As an act of start we are ready with the preparatory stage called as orientation.

There is no victory without a team and a super talented leader.The district trainer IPDRR.Ajai Anna shares his wonderful 10years experience of his rotaract life. His life experience taught us how the team would be , how the lead should be and it helped us to learn a new lesson from the session.

He explained clearly about rotaract and it’s functioning. He also added about the roles and responsibility of a rotaractor and further more.

“Success isn’t always about greatness. It’s about consistency. Consistent hard work gains success. Greatness will come.” As a start, we have this amazing training from Ajai anna to all the office bearers and other members of The Rotaract Club of Kumaraguru College of Technology.
