HEALTH IS WEALTH, the inaugural ceremony of Agam Forum of Kumaraguru was held on 12th September 2019. Ms. Gayathri welcomed the gathering following which, Dr. S A Pasupathy, Staff coordinator of the forum delivered the felicitation address. In his address, he briefed about the achievements of the forum and the disciplined activities of the members of the forum. He introduced the new Staff coordinator Dr V Selvam, Asst. Prof Civil Department to the gathering. This was followed by the screening of a video on the achievements and impactful events of the previous year. Then Ms. K S Sowmiya, Former President of Agam forum presented the annual report for the previous year and introduced the new office bearers of Agam forum. The annual plan for the year ahead was presented by the President, Ms K S Mounika. Ensuing this, the Chief guest Mr. K P Naachimuthu, Department of Psychology, PSG College of Arts & Science delivered keynote address. In his diligent lecture, he elaborated on the necessity for good health and listed out the root causes for the health problems in the present times. He laced his talk with a number of interesting anecdotes and examples from his personal experience. The inauguration came to a close with the clicking of a group picture.
